Worqbase is a monitoring and observability platform that allows users to set up HTTPS monitors to track the availability and performance of web services. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Using the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not using the Service to monitor systems without proper authorization

• Conduct denial-of-service attacks or security testing without permission

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPHUB TECHNOLOGIES LLP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to provide continuous service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Worqbase is not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our control.

8. Termination

ApphubTechnologies LLP reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason including if you violate the Terms of Service.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
